Oh yes ! you can ask Hermans. This is a vegetarian restaurant on Södermalm near Slussen, very nice good atmosphere. I talked to them about that, a waitress answered me "all the persons who work here haven't got a fluent swedish and as it's a kind of well-known place and as in summer, there are more turist than swedish, they can enjoy the fact that you can speak a fluent foreign language plus english." And, in summer, they also open terraces so, more customer and so bigger staff needed !
